Austin’s Tech Talent Pipeline

Join us for a breakfast conversation on how Austin can build and keep the next generation of tech talent. Isabel Naidoo, Chief People Officer at Wise, will lead a roundtable to discuss how local employers can work together to strengthen the city's talent pipeline. She will share learnings from Wise’s own early careers programs, including programs specifically designed for women in tech, and explain why fostering the next generation of tech talent remains so important.
Attendees will be invited to share what's working in early careers and where the gaps are. The goal is to have a practical discussion and foster new connections across Austin's tech community.
The roundtable will be hosted at Wise’s offices in the Domain.
