Please note - this event is for c-suite level executives from Austin Tech Companies, and director level from national tech companies. For those who work for solution providers you must be in leadership of the local office. This is not an event for sales professionals, consultants, etc.... The Austin Technology Council CEO / C-Suite Summit will bring together 150 visionary leaders from Austin’s tech ecosystem to network, learn, and have roundtable conversations about the issues facing the future of Austin.

This email is being sent to remind you that you have registered to attend the ATC 2023 CEO/C-Suite Summit on Monday, November 6th @ 11:30am at the Hilton Austin – Downtown ( 500 E. 4th St, Austin, TX 78701). Lunch begins promptly at 12:00, and our featured keynote panel, “Austin: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow” will take place during the meal. You do not want to miss this discussion.

This event is SOLD OUT and we will not be able to accommodate walk-in registrations, so if you have a colleague or friend who would like to attend, they must get on the waiting list. If something comes up and you cannot attend, you can send another member of your leadership team (but they will need to be okay with the meal choice you made when registering of a beef or vegetarian lunch)

If you have any dietary requests (not previously noted in your registration) please let me know what those are by noon on Friday, November 4th. The venue does not guarantee they can accommodate any special meal requests, but we are willing to make the request. . PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! Check-in opens at 11:30 AM, and we will begin seating at noon. This even has some wonderful networking opportunities, so you will want to get there early. If you are not going to arrive in time for lunch (before 1:00), please let us know by emailing Thom@AustinTechnologyCouncil.org so that we can accommodate someone on the wait list.

The event will end with a Happy Hour reception (ATC hosted bar) from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

PARKING – The hotel offers valet and garage parking. We will provide discount vouchers at the check-in table that will bring the rate down to $25 for valet / $16 for garage parking. The Convention Center garage is across the street. Carpooling is also encouraged!

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations needed to be received by Monday, Oct 30th to receive a refund. There are no refunds for cancellations, but you can transfer your registration to another leader on your tech company’s team. We cannot guarantee a printed nametag for any changes, but we will have some blank nametags available to write in their information.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ATC to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes. Maybe you will show up on our social media posts following the event!
